Gallery 3- Nostalgic Scenes from Iblard



1. Rainy day

.............. On rainy days the trams of Iblard are very convenient to take because they come right to your door. The tram will literally take you from your door step to the arcade area. The tram chooses the best way depending on the days conditions.


2. Mage Island

.............. It is summer time. The deer of Mage Island jump past from time to time as we walk towards an observatory on a hill. Perhaps we will be able to look over the whole of this picturesque island from it.


3. Phantasmal fish

.............. The smooth waters flow with tranquillity while some fish silently swim past in small waves.


4. Balcony

.............. It is a quiet day today, all that can be hear is the melody of the waves. At the height of tourist seasons, this balcony full of visitors, especially in good weather.


5. Observatory

.............. Today we shall rest here, surrounded by a great prospect. Most of the hill tops of Iblard have observatories or watchtowers and are often decorated by some houses, trees or sculptures.


6. A head wind

.............. On the way up a steep hill, we saw a large tower. On this hill we met a soft wind which had travelled from some far away valleys in Iblard.


7. Beginning of the woods

.............. This area used to be a waste land where nothing green would grow. However someone decided to dig a well and to build nice little monument to protect the well. As soon as construction finished, grass began to grow, and within days a whole forest began to spread from around the well.


8. A view from under a tree

.............. We have walked through a deep green garden and come to an opening which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The white bench under the tree offers us a cool place to sit while contemplating a fine view of the clear blue sea.


9. Lullaby

.............. Do you remember the distant sound of a soft melody once heard when you were young? The melodies of chilhood-days have remaied within my heart and seem to come back to me through this nostalgic scene. I didn't understand the words to the soft lullaby when we I was young, yet somehow I felt that an unknown world was opening its doors to me.
